What exactly is Orbzz?

Orbzz is a professional community and messaging platform — one calm home for the communities you belong to (Orbs), your private conversations (Chats), your professional network (Circle) and an activity feed (Pulse), planned for web, mobile and desktop.

Is Orbzz available yet?

No — Orbzz is currently under active development. This site is a product preview of the early design and feature set. There are no download links or sign-ups here yet, and no data is collected.

How is it different from a Discord or LinkedIn?

Orbzz blends community hosting with a professional network and private messaging in a single product, guided by a "calm by default" principle: granular opt-in notifications, no infinite-scroll traps, no fake urgency and no algorithmic mega-feed.

Is my private chat really encrypted?

One-to-one chats are not end-to-end encrypted today — end-to-end encryption is planned for a later release.

Can I run my own community?

Not yet. Orbs (communities) are in development and not available to the public. Roles, permissions, invite controls and moderation tools are planned.

Can developers build on top of it?

Openness to builders is a core product principle: public API, bots, webhooks and a developer sandbox are planned from the beginning.

What does this website do with my data?

Nothing. It's a static, self-contained page with no analytics, no cookies, no tracking and no server APIs. The message box in the preview is a local demo only — text never leaves your browser.

Hey, I'm Sanjai.

I'm a student, and I got really tired of one thing: my life is spread across WhatsApp groups, Discord servers and LinkedIn, and none of them talk to each other. I'd spend half my time switching apps and scrolling past stuff I didn't care about.

So I started building one place for all of it. I'm doing it alone, around classes, and I'm learning as I go. Things break. I fix them and keep going.

The basics work on my computer: accounts, profiles and connecting with people. Chat is what I'm working on now. Some things aren't there yet, like end-to-end encryption, and I'd rather tell you that than pretend.
